Katka Kyptova

One of the things that I like about doing this blog is that I get to feature all types of women here.
And thank you to the people out there that have commented on the diversity of the women I've presented.

Today's entry is Katka Kyptova.
Katka is a fitness competitor, bench press competitor, personal trainer, coach and Pilates instructor.
She was born on September 19th, 1983 in Mladá Boleslav, in the Czech Republic.
She stands 5'5, and weighs from 138.9lbs contest weight to 169.7lbs off season.

IFBB professional Cristiana Casoni

This is beautiful Italian IFBB professional Cristiana Casoni.

Cristiana is 5'4 and weighs 136 pounds.
She was born on July 11th, 1968.
Cristiana has been in the fitness scene quite awhile as you can see here in her contest history.....

Noemi Olah - Figure Competitor and Fitness Model

This lovely young lady is figure competitor and fitness model Noemi Olah.
She was born on December 26, 1986 in Hungary.
You will most likely be hearing a lot more about Noemi, not just because she is drop dead gorgeous, but because she just took first place at the 2010 IFBB Arnold Amateur International Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships, Medium Bikini.



Of course Noemi is no stranger to the spotlight.
In 2005 she won Miss Hungary 2005 and in 2006 she was first runner up at Miss World Hungary.

Mary Jarmolowich

This lovely young lady is fitness model Mary Jarmolowich.
The beautiful Mary took first place at the FAME Sin City Bikini contest in 2008.
She competed in the FLEX Magazine Bikini Contest in 2008 and took third place.
Besides the fitness / bikini contests, Mary is a marathon runner.
Mary is studying for her ISSA personal training certification and is also working on a certification in nutrition as well.

Fitness Model - Gina Ostarly

This beautiful lady is fitness model Gina Ostarly.
Gina was born and raised in New Orleans, but now lives in Florida with her husband and three children.
That's right, three children.
And she's forty.
Yes...forty.
Here again is a lady that you can look to for inspiration and to see that you can do whatever you put your mind to.
I mean really, just look at her!
And Gina is a very busy lady.
She's a gym owner, personal trainer, fitness and swimsuit model and makeup artist.

Top Ten Fitness Beauties

I haven't done a top ten list here on this blog, but I thought I would do one featuring the most viewed female fitness competitors, figure competitors and bodybuilders on this site.
I have to admit that I was kind of happily surprised that most of the ladies that hit the top ten aren't widely known...yet.
I know how hard these ladies work to get in shape and to stay in shape.
They deserve recognition.
So without further ado, here are the top ten women from last month.
Starting with...

Fitness and Figure Competitor and personal trainer from Hungary, Gabriella Bankuti, was by far the most viewed of the fitness beauties on this site.

Coming in second is the sleek and muscled Melissa Merritt from Austin, Texas.

Third up is fitness babe Shonda Lee from Shreveport, Louisiana.

Our fourth lady is the breath-taking NPC figure competitor, Jodie Minear.

Fitness model and personal trainer Mary Jarmolowich came in fifth.

Professional Fitness Model and NPC National Figure Competitor Kavvy Sonhos came in at number six.

Number seven is the incredibly ripped Catherine Holland (Catherine Boshuizen). She's a IFBB Pro Figure Competitor, a fitness model and personal trainer.

Coming in at number eight is beautiful Finnish fitness competitor, flight attendant and aerobics instructor, Minna Pajulahti.

National Figure Competitor and Fitness Model Dora Trikoupis comes in at number nine.

And finally rounding out the top ten is the beautiful British Colombian fitness beauty, Lisa Giesbrecht.

Fitness Beauty - Sasha Brown

Sasha Brown

This striking young lady is Anna Tkachenko, aka Sasha Anna Brown or just Sasha Brown.
Whatever you call her, this five foot six, one hundred and twenty two pound fitness beauty from the Ukraine is a NPC figure competitor, ISSA certified personal trainer and fitness model.
And she has studied Jujutsu for over six years.
You know I keep expecting to see a sudden surge of female fitness stars going into MMA, but that hasn't happened....yet.
Besides fitness, Sasha has a degree in computer science and business management.
And is looking to get more degrees in kinesiology and sports nutrition.
In her second NPC figure competition, Sasha took first place and overall.
