Mona Liza Reyes, Another Look

I did an entry on Filipino figure athlete Mona Liza Reyes awhile back.
But what I didn't know was that this lovely lady is involved in Knock Out Dog Fighting, an anti-dogfighting campaign dedicated to stopping cruelty and abuse.
As a person that does animal rescues I really appreciate what these people are doing.
We've rescued a few Pits ourselves.
In addition to that, she is a volunteer coach with "Girls on the Run". The Girls on the Run program is a 12- week training course which targets 8 – 11 year old girls.
So i thought I would do another entry on this lady who not only beautiful on the outside, but on the inside as well.

Lyen Wong, Another Look

Since arms seem to be the rule of the day, here is a shot of fitness trainer and fitness competitor Lyen Wong's well defined arm.
I guess being a fitness trainer, Lyen is her own walking advertisement.

The first lady I profiled on this blog was Japanese female bodybuilder Aki Nishimoto.
This young lady has amazing muscle definition.

Yvonne Bates, Another Look

I thought today we'd take another look at the lovely and fit Yvonne Bates.
As I mentioned in a previous post, Yvonne is a Cambodian Female Fitness Competitor and Fitness Model.

Barbara Engelsmann

Barbara Engelsmann is a IFBB Pro Figure, certified personal trainer and fitness model.
Born on June 25th, 1995, in Stuttgart, Germany, this young lady is of European/Asian descent.
She competed in several amateur competitions in Europe from 2001-2003.
And she competed in several IFBB PRO Figure Competitions in the US.
The 2004 IFBB Europa Super Show (16th place), the 2004 Bulk Nutrition/Charlotte Pro (16th place), the 2005 Tournament of Champions (14th place) and the 2005 Sacramento Pro Fitness and Pro Figure (16th place).

Barbara also does nutrition seminars, championship preparations, posing, and personal training.

Michelle Berger

I seem to have a lot of inspirational women on this blog, and this one is no exception.
Certified Personal Trainer (NESTA),expert on exercise science, nutrition and coaching and mother of four, Michelle Berger.
Yes that's right, mother of four.
She had all four in four years, starting in 1999.
Michelle made a huge change in her body after giving birth, and she didnt use a nanny, a personal trainer or a regular sitter.
